Melissa Tobin ’12 Awarded

Alice O’Neil Scholarship

When Alice O’Neil '45 retired as the Founder of the Challenger Little League
program and an administrator for Little League Baseball, a Scholarship
Committee was assembled in order to honor her for her many years of service.
As a result the Alice O’Neil Scholarship will be awarded yearly to a St. Mary’s
student. The first Alice O’Neil Scholarship was awarded to St. Mary’s student,
Melissa Tobin ’12 of Lynn. Melissa has spent several years as a volunteer
for Challenger Little League program. Congratulations Alice and Melissa!
